Kyle Markt is a CEO, chef, operator, and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience shaping the future of food. From fine-dining kitchens to executive roles at fast-casual and food-tech companies, Kyle has built his career around a simple but powerful idea: that bold flavor and real nutrition can—and should—coexist. As the CEO of Green Tomato Grill and former Head of Culinary Strategy at Farmer’s Fridge, Kyle blends deep culinary roots with sharp business acumen. Today, he partners with mission-driven food brands as a fractional CEO and advisor, helping them scale with purpose, integrity, and great taste.
